Exchange Policy
At PP Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or require a exchange for various reasons. Please review our Exchange Policy below to understand our guidelines and procedures:

Eligibility for Exchange:
In general, we do not have a returns policy but a defective article may be accepted in exchange on items that meet the following criteria:
A 360 degree open parcel video is made at the time of opening the parcel.
The item defect,so claimed, is clearly highlighted in 360 degree parcel open video.
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
The item exchange is claimed within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
The item was not listed as a sale item.

Exchange Process:
To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return. You can reach us via whatsapp numbers given to you for order bookings.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Share the required screenshots and 360 degree parcel open videos with the team wherever and whenever asked for by the team.
Our Customer Support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you all the necessary details.
Please ship the item to us only when our team has agreed for the exchange process. Without consent, the exchange will not be made and the parcel sent to us will also not be sent back without payment of additional shipment charges.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Clearly write the order number on the package.
Ship the package back to the provided return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange Process Completion:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your option for exchange. The exchange offer is made based on the available stock at the time of exchange.
Please allow 6-7 days for the exchange process to be completed. Sometimes, this may take more than this time period depending on the case.

Non-Exchangable Items:
The following items are non-exchangable:
Items marked as sale items.
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without the original packaging or missing tags/accessories.

Return Shipping Costs:
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Returns Policy:
We do not have a return policy at PP Collections. No refunds shall be issued for any orders. The final decision power on exchange or returns only rests with PP Collections.

Changes to the Exchange Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify our Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
